Berean Bible

Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

I've distributed the Berean BerBible freeware to a number of freeware/shareware repositories. Several of them have provisions for end-users such as yourself to do ratings and comments about the software they've downloaded. It has been my experience that these kinds of reviews/ratings are considered as very meaningful when a person is considering downloading the software.

After all, there is a significant amount of time and effort involved in learning something new. When they see other users have given a favorable rating, they are more inclined to download and install. My impression is that these ratings are viewed as being more objective and accurate than anything I could write.

So here's the favor ...

Below is a list of webpages where such reviews/ratings exist. If you can find the time (5 minute's max), would you be willing to go to them and do a rating and then a quick review?

You may have to do a little looking around the webpage to find the link to review/rate, but I've given some hints. Also, the page may mention a slightly older version instead of the latest. I don't update these page descriptions as often as I do the actual program, but they provide links to download the latest release regardless.

  • FreewareFiles (look for "Rate/Review This Program" near the bottom)
  • SimTel (look for = "Review Title" near the bottom of page)
  • TuCows (look for "RATE THIS TITLE" under the large "DOWNLOAD NOW" button)
  • WinSite (look for "Vote Here" and "Submit Review" in the middle of their page)
  • C/Net (look for "SUBMIT YOUR REVIEW" in the middle of their page)

THANKS!

For His glory and honor,
